Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this B2C business that has circa 5000 people employed nationwide. This role of a Payroll Manager, is to make sure all employees are paid on time. Roles & responsibilites of this Payroll Manager include: Input and manage payroll data, including new starters, leavers, tax code changes, monthly hours (perm & contactors) and bonuses, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Calculate and process SSP/SMP/SPP/SAP & check and enter P46/P45 tax forms Liaison and update Guernsey & Eire Payroll Deal with any payroll queries as they arise from colleagues or 3rd party via telephone, E-mail & post Run monthly compliance reports, including National Minimum Wage checks, and file statutory FPS reports with HMRC. Maintain payroll documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies. Skills and Experience Required for this Payroll Manager role - Has 3 years' experience in an payroll capacity Ideally working as a Manager, Lead, Supervisor or Senior Assistant level Knowledge of payroll systems and statutory legislation. Excellent numerical and data-entry & excel skillset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - dealing with multiple queries.
