The Role As a Chef, responsibilities include: Planning, preparing, and cooking meals while accommodating dietary requirements. Ensuring compliance with Assured Safe Catering policies and health & safety regulations. Maintaining high operational and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while remaining calm under pressure. Candidate Requirements NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Catering. Basic food hygiene qualification.
