What you'll be doing:
The Senior Influencer Planner will be responsible for overseeing Avon’s 360 influencer plans to drive brand engagement and awareness as well as support product PR activity. Working with agencies and internal stakeholders to create differentiated influencer plans that generate engagement across the full marketing funnel.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create and execute 360 influencer activation alongside influencer agency to ensure we secure cost-effective influencers that will generate broad reach
2. Support external/cross-functional influencer partnerships & campaigns.
3. Own relationships & performance of creator networks
4. Manage the channel budget, ensuring spends are aligned with forecast and vendor payments andcommissions are managed efficiently
5. Produce post-campaign analysis and learnings for wider teams. Use those learnings to implementnew ways of working & identify possible testing opportunities
6. Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers
7. Manage monthly product sends and monitor results
8. Grow gifted influencer affiliate program
9. Work with global PR team, PR agency and influencer agency to secure digital PR coverageutilising influencer content
10. Manage products sends to key journalists to secure digital PR coverage
11. Work with the wider activation team and recommend which influencer content should be boostedand used for conversion activity
12. Ensure influencer briefs support social strategy and objectives
Work Experience, Skills & Competences
13. Experience in Influencer Marketing, ideally in-house at a brand
14. Understanding of all social platforms including the TikTokshop
15. Experience working with creator platforms
16. Experience using Hootsuite or similar tool
17. Demonstrable experience in growing influencer marketing and being able todrive ROI and revenue generation
18. Great cross-functional worker – You love connecting the dots between teams
19. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
20. Ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights
21. Proven track record in budget management, project management, and campaignevaluation
22. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
23. Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
24. A passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for spotting trend
