Job title: Senior Logistics Co-ordinator – Transport Location: Barrow-In-Furness (On-site) Salary: £35,802 What you’ll be doing: Prioritising personal and disseminate workloads accordingly Providing support to the team and the delivery of departmental objectives, innovation, continuous improvement processes, review and implementation Supporting the delivery of operational targets and KPI’s, and inputting relevant data to meet environmental targets arrange both onsite and offsite Ensuring that transportation arrangements are made in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements such as Carriage of Dangerous Goods (ADR) Manage all aspects of the diesel fuelling process on site including the review of relevant associated processes such as; PI Logistics 006 Collating and supplying data regarding fuel consumption on site Conducting Transport Requests (OSTR) in accordance with Indirect Procurement Service (IPS) guidelines Supporting invoices and charge code allocations Supporting the logistics postal franking service and courier documentation Your skills and experiences: Produce, analyse and coordinate information to support Logistics processes Project and Schedule Management experience Good communicator with high level of presentation skills Adhere to SQCDP Advanced IT skills Stakeholder management skills and experience DGSA associated skillset including; ADR (road), IMDG (sea), IATA (air) Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The main purpose of Logistics is to receipt, store, kit, delivery and issue 100% Materials and Tooling to the customer RFT.
