3. LOCATION(S):9 Broad Street – Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man
4. HOURS : Full-time
5. WORKING PATTERN : Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity
The Customer Journey Manager plays a crucial role in product development, working with the Product Owner and the broader product team in understanding, measuring and orchestrating Customer Journeys with a focus on technology and on integrating across functions. Alongside the rest of the feature team, the Customer Journey Manager plays a key supporting role in making sense of this insight and factoring it into prioritisation approaches and design choices.
You’ll be responsible for:
6. Understanding and optimising the end-to-end customer experience (internal and external) to ensure the needs of the customer remain at the forefront of all journeys.
7. Supporting the continuous improvement of the journey and for orchestrating across functional boundaries to ensure journey effectiveness.
This will be achieved through collaborating with colleagues in Product, Experience Design and Engineering to ensure the intended user experience, and journey or process design, is accurately represented.

What you’ll need
8. Customer insights - Understands the different customer data types (e.g., transactional, behavioural, demographic etc.) and how this feeds into the Banks' objective of being customer-centric. Uses experience to complete research and develop insight which can be used by wider Bank functions (e.g., Marketing and Sales).
9. Problem Solving - Creates possible solutions using a variety of methods through own experience, creativity and knowledge of the business and industry. Uses other techniques such as brainstorming, process flows and hypothesis setting.
10. Collaboration - Builds and sustains a network of relationships across the Bank and externally. Manages relationships honestly, addressing differences in a straight-forward and mutual
