Salary : £13:60/hr plus holiday pay; Bank Holidays paid at time and a half.
Location: Henry Moore Studios & Gardens, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire.
Job Type: Full Time (35 hours/week, Wednesday to Sunday) or Part Time (hours to be negotiated; will include weekends),
Hours: Fixed term 15 April - 2 November 2025, (Wednesday to Sunday), plus Bank Holidays, 9.30am - 5.30pm. Plus training days on 1 and 2 April 2025.
The Henry Moore Foundation is looking to appoint a driven and enthusiastic Café Supervisor to lead our catering team at Henry Moore Studios & Gardens. This is an excellent opportunity to join our friendly front of house team and play your part in creating a positive experience for our visitors.
The Café Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Visitor Centre café, ensuring we meet a high level of cleanliness and food hygiene standards, as well as providing excellent and efficient customer service. Working alongside the existing Visitor Services Team, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of café assistants.
We are looking for candidates with previous supervisory experience in a customer facing role. You will be an inspirational people-oriented person with first class communication and organisational skills. You will be committed to delivering an exceptional visitor experience each and every time and will have the ability to build strong working relationships.
