The Email Marketing Manager will join at a pivotal time of digital transformation, playing a key part to help leverage customer data and use it in a more meaningful way, utilising tools like Eloqua and the soon-to-launch PEGA integration. The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for: Developing and deploying targeted, data-driven email campaigns using Eloqua, aligning with commercial objectives and customer lifecycle stages Collaborating with teams internally, primarily marketing, and externally to align on strategy, deliver to KPI’s and streamline processes Setting up and engaging in tracking and post-campaign analysis, driving improvements and marketing performance, working closely with Marketing Managers Supporting efforts to transform the way they do email marketing, moving toward more of an automated, scalable campaign execution model driven by customer data The Email Marketing Manager will have: Experience in the implementation, delivery and testing of email marketing programmes Preference for previous experience with Eloqua, but not essential Ideally worked in a regulated environment (e.g. telco, finance, utilities, insurance, etc.), although not essential Good technical expertise in terms of email marketing / CRM Could come from roles like Technical CRM Manager, Marketing Automation Manager, MarTech Manager, etc. This is a great opportunity for a talented Email Marketing Manager to join a market leading brand at a very exciting point in their marketing and digital transformation journey.
