Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Private Personal Assistant to support a dynamic and accomplished young female entrepreneur in London. This individual is engaged in a thriving equestrian career and is passionate about women’s health and women’s rights. They are in the process of establishing their own investment company. The Private Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of both business and personal responsibilities, enabling the principal to maximize their time and focus on high-priority ventures.

\nThe duties will include a variety of crucial tasks to support the principal's professional and personal endeavours. This includes effectively managing the principal's inbox, prioritising messages and drafting responses as necessary. The successful candidate will also organise and maintain the principal's calendar, ensuring that all commitments are scheduled accurately and liaising with the equestrian team to ensure conflicts are avoided while coordinating meetings, appointments, and personal travel arrangements.

\nIn addition, the role involves occasionally overseeing social events at the principal's residence, collaborating with vendors, caterers, and event staff to ensure seamless execution.
\nYou will also handle personal errands and household management tasks as required.
\nFurthermore, the assistant will provide research and administrative support for the principal's impact investment ventures, becoming familiar with investment and finance terminology to facilitate meaningful discussions and idea development.

\nThe ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and bring structure and organisation to the principal’s busy daily life.
\n
\nThe core hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, with the flexibility to adjust working hours to align with the principal’s schedule, particularly when they are in London.

\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA
\n• Proven experience as a Private Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting executives or entrepreneurs in finance or investment
\n• Extremely strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n• Proficiency in using various software tools, including calendar management applications
\n• Relevant experience or knowledge in investment, finance, or impact investment is highly desirable
\n• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information are paramount.
\n• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders
\n• The ability to work autonomously and build a good working relationship with the principal remotely
\n• Strong, verifiable references
\n• Based in London with the right to work in the UK
