Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading and overseeing the teams in Mold, comprising senior engineers, an apprentice, and a graduate
2. Developing and implementing strategic plans to win new business and expand client relationships
3. Ensuring the effective delivery of infrastructure projects with a focus on technical excellence
4. Collaborating with the Welsh Government and NMWTRA on key projects
5. Maintaining a high level of knowledge of industry standards and practices
6. Mentoring and supporting team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and development
7. Representing the consultancy at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance business development
8. Ensuring all projects comply with relevant legislation and quality standards
Job Requirements:
1. Extensive experience in infrastructure project management and delivery
2. Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing and developing teams
3. Deep technical knowledge within the infrastructure sector, particularly in the HTP environment
4. Ability to win new work and build robust client relationships
5. Familiarity with the main industry players and stakeholders
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
8. Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related discipline
