Responsibilities: You’ll be responsible directing and ensuring that our restaurants operate in accordance with our core values, systems and procedures, and brand standards at all times. You will manage a 40-50 person staff and be directly involved in all hiring, employee training and development, terminations and performance management. You will manage the floor, open and close the restaurant, write schedules (with the help of the management team), manage cash, make financial projections, manage expenses, budget labor, oversee ordering and inventory, complete necessary maintenance and repairs, handle any emergencies, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and implement all changes or updates to our menu, policies or procedures. You will drive and monitor restaurant performance through the use of financial statements, sales, and/or activity reports. You will ensure compliance with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements related to the restaurant industry. Maintain accurate inventories and reconciliations. Most importantly, you are responsible for ensuring our guests receive the consistent high-quality food and legendary service we are known for You’ll need to communicate constantly with your staff, management team and corporate, check emails daily, give and receive direction and ensure information is passed down the chain of command quickly and correctly. You’ll need to prepare fresh food, excel in the kitchen, and know how to work the expo window. You must be willing and able to with or without reasonable accommodation: Stand up and move for most - if not all - of your shift (up to 12 hours). Work weekends and holidays. Lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation. Get to work in inclement weather (we are from Buffalo, we don’t close for snow). Operate restaurant equipment like grills, dishwashers and slicers. Understand and communicate in the predominant language of our guests and employees.
