We're seeking a passionate 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their small IT team of three. In this role, you will provide technical support to the user base while assisting with the wider network and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an MSP, robust 2nd line support capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Server operating systems and associated technologies.
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about cloud services, including Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with Virtualisation technologies (VMware) and Intune.
Excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
