About the role
The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Social Media Executive to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!
You will play a key role in supporting the execution of social media strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering an active online community that reflects our brand identity. You can also expect to:
* Assist in delivering social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
* Create and publish engaging content across platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
* Support community management by engaging with our audience and responding to comments.
* Work closely with the Content Lead and marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
* Assist with influencer partnerships, tracking campaign performance.
* Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
* Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights for optimisation.
* Support event coverage and product launches with social media activations.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in our Brighton HQ.
About you:
We're looking for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of platforms and trends. The ideal candidate is creative, organised, and proactive and wants to build their career in a fast-growing, scale-up with ambitious growth goals.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* Ability to create engaging content (images, videos, copy)
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Experience with social media analytics (a plus)
* A collaborative and creative mindset
