Success Recruit are working with a locally based Insurance MGA, accredited with Investors in People, seeking a maternity leave replacement for a period of 12 – 15 months as a full time Office/Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be operationally focused managing the daily operations, effectively and efficiently supporting the smooth delivery of the day to day running, the primary point of contact whilst also assisting the Managing Director. HR knowledge would be an advantage.
This role is an office-based position and the successful Office/Operations Manager, will be a good team member and want to be part of a growing business.
The successful Office/Operations Manager will be expected to:
* Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
* Have a proactive, focused understanding of effective efficiency
* Be approachable, customer focused and demonstrate relationship management
