About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our UK HR team to help provide an effective and efficient HR service to managers and employees across the UK covering HR administration, system support and general HR queries.
This is Fixed term contract for 12 months.
In addition to offering project support to global HR people initiatives our business plans, forecasts, projects, analysis and identifying opportunities for growth.
What you will bring to the role:
1. Ensure the HR management system Workday is maintained accurately reflecting new starters, leavers, job & manager changes, promotions, salary increases and changes to working schedules
2. Coordinate the HR inbox and assign emails to the correct HR team member
3. Provide internal and external audit support and maintaining HR Business management system documents
4. Ensure that the UK HR team is always updated on any HR activities and issues during daily and weekly meetings
5. Processing of Invoices and creation of POs for HR related expenditure
6. To provide ongoing support to the HRBP’s in their day-to-day role including Note- taking, Checking and advising on policy and letters such as probationary review invites/ dismissal letters
7. Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment and ensure all new starters receive and return the correct documentation
8. Organise and update personnel files for all UK new and current employees, ensuring the correct documentation is held for each employee, including right to work documentation, references and certificates
9. Ensure new employees are assigned the relevant induction E-Learning modules

About you:
11. Working towards or CIPD level 5 qualified
12. HR Administration experience ideally gained within a commercial business environment
13. Attention to detail and accuracy
14. Proficient in using HR systems
15. Experience of working with confidential information.
16. Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills
17. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in an environment with frequent interruptions
18. Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive, confidential information on a regular basis
