Sales Engineer
Sales Engineer / Sales Executive / Account Manager required for a valve and related components distributor.
The successful Sales Engineer / Sales Executive / Account Manager will be responsible for answering customer enquiries, providing accurate quotations, and converting these into leads. You will also engage with target customers to understand their needs, promote offerings, and schedule appointments for the Sales Director. This is an onsite role in Brighouse.
The successful Sales Engineer / Sales Executive / Account Manager must have technical understanding of valves and engineering equipment with exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
You must be easily commutable to Brighouse.
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:30am – 17:00pm, Friday: 08:30 – 15:00pm

Responding to inbound customer queries, providing technical advice and solutions
Manage your sales pipeline, proactively following up to covert quotes into orders and achieve sales targets
Business development and relationship building with potential customers within target markets
Working as part of a collaborative team, actively participating in sales meetings in all aspects
Sales Engineer / Sales Executive / Account Manager Requirements
5+ years experience in selling valves or other mechanical components to industries such as: Water & Wastewater / Offshore / Petrochemical
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Strong ability to read and interpret data sheets and engineering drawings
Computer literate, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and organisational skills & comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Commutable to Brighouse
Right to work in the UK is essential
