Customer Care Agent - 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract
This is how you WOW:
1. Answering general queries via email, telephone and letter on price, product, stock or providing technical advice
2. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, payments and customer requests in line with SLAs
3. Management of open orders to ensure efficient delivery, keeping the customer informed at all points
4. To record and monitor customer issues using the company concerns log, seeing the issue through to completion
5. Taking payments and arranging collections for fixed cost repairs
6. Taking responsibility for management of returns to ensure no delays in the returns process
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
1. Experience in a customer contact or retail environment
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Ability to problem solve
4. Knowledge of google workspace and/or SAP desirable
