Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Burradon, Near Newcastle-Upon-Tyne
Salary: Competitive
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
Purpose of the role: Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for processing invoices and providing support to the Logistics team, as well as assisting the Financial Controller with weekly/monthly tasks.
Duties:
1. Review staff expenses
2. Assisting Sales Ledger with orders and raising sales invoices
3. Purchase ledger tasks, including invoice processing and supplier statement reconciliations
4. Stock reconciliations and assisting with daily costings
5. Undertaking administrative duties relating to payroll
6. Provide cover in respect of shipping and export documentation
7. Administrative support to Livestock department
You will ideally have experience of working within an office environment with a desire to expand your knowledge within the Finance sector. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work well in a team and independently and be proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
