EMPLOYMENT LAWYER [2–5 years’ PQE] – ABERDEEN

This role offers career progression within a growing and dynamic team.

New opportunity - Employment Associate (2–5 years PQE) to join this well-regarded employment team providing national and international legal services.

1. Advising FTSE blue-chip companies and multinational clients on complex employment law matters.
2. Handling strategic employment law issues, including tribunal claims, senior executive matters, restructuring, redundancy, discrimination, whistleblowing, and restrictive covenants.
3. Assisting with M&A, outsourcing, and high-value litigation, including potential High Court cases.
4. Working closely with the new Aberdeen Partner (starting May 2025) and colleagues across the UK, particularly in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
5. Supporting strategic projects such as global change management, reward philosophy, and gender pay audits.
