Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
* A deep understanding of SEN strategies and best practices.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting SEN students.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering personalised lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
* Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
* Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for students.
* Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular updates and reports.
