We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accommodation Manager to join our housekeeping team. As an Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable moments for our guests by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels right at home from the moment they step onto our park grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
* Hiring, training, and managing a top-notch cleaning team
* Developing and implementing weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans to improve performance
* Managing budgets, including laundry and consumables
* Providing ongoing training and opportunities for team members to grow and develop their skills
* Maintaining high cleaning standards and identifying areas for improvement
