An experienced Service Desk Supervisor is required for a well-established M&E Contractor with over 40 years in the industry. This role is based at the company's head office in Hemel Hempstead, with occasional travel to Romford or Holborn for training or meetings.
The Service Desk Supervisor will oversee two direct reports and coordinate the planning and scheduling of work for approximately 20 engineers, working closely with the Service Manager.
The Maternity Service Desk Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, service delivery, and effective communication with both customers and contractors. Key responsibilities include overseeing planned maintenance, reactive works, accurate reporting, and updates to the CAFM system. The role is central to supporting safety, quality, and compliance while driving team collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in service performance.
This is a minimum 12-month contract with the potential for a full-time permanent position.
