Main duties of the job Working with physically disabled adults with complex needs at a purpose-built unit with a great access to the community. Youre there to support people and enable individuals to meet their own needs and sometimes helping them gain the skills and confidence to live independently and/or return home. You will help the individuals access the community go swimming, the cinema sports events concerts just to name a few depending on the individuals interests. You will share the journey with these inspiring people as they overcome hurdles, achieve milestones, and reach the goals theyve set.
