COMMISSIONING ENGINEER – ENVIRONMENT
ANNESLEY (SEVERN TRENT REGION)
What you will be doing:
An opportunity has arisen for a Commissioning Engineer to join the team at Galliford Try within our Environment Business. You will work on our Severn Trent Water Frameworks, supporting the Commissioning Manager and Senior Commissioning Engineer while being a member of a multi-disciplined team to carry out testing activities in a safe and effective manner.
The role will be around 5% office based at Woodside House in Annesley and 95% site based. As Commissioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and successful completion of commissioning testing activities, leading the commissioning process with a "Design to Commission" vision.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Producing commissioning test documentation
* Carrying out pre-commissioning inspections
* Demonstrating exceptional plant knowledge
* Initiating and implementing fault records and technical queries
* Witnessing test activities and contributing to method statements and risk assessments
* Producing and delivering training plans
* Reviewing client-focused documentation
* Ensuring accurate recording of test results
About You:
To be successful in the role, you will have a proven track record in commissioning engineering, with expertise as a Nominated Person (Electrical, Control System, Mechanical). You must demonstrate outstanding HSE leadership and behaviours, consistently adhering to safety expectations.
