Your Role As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you’ll be at the heart of our repair process—ensuring accurate assessments, smooth workflows, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Conduct precise vehicle damage assessments to produce accurate repair estimates. Use Audatex and other estimating tools to create detailed repair plans for a variety of vehicles, including hybrids and EVs. Collaborate with insurers, customers, and internal teams to ensure transparency and efficiency in the repair process. Maintain accurate records of assessments, estimates, and repair updates. Uphold health & safety standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Deliver a customer-focused experience, building strong client relationships. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a dedicated professional with a passion for accuracy, efficiency, and top-tier service. Key Attributes: Proven experience as a VDA or in a similar role within the bodyshop or accident repair industry. Technical expertise in repair methods across multiple vehicle makes and models. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with insurers, customers, and colleagues. Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating tools. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments.
