Mortgage Case Manager / Salary upto £28k dependant on experience / full-time office based role - must be able to drive
The Case Manager role described in the scope and responsibilities entails working closely with advisers to manage and process mortgage applications, ensuring smooth communication with customers, lenders, and third parties. The main duties include gathering information, inputting and processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The role also requires proactive customer service, daily task management, and meeting KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
* Provide inbound and outbound communication through telephone and email.
* Offer updates to customers, lenders, and advisers.
Data Entry & Record-Keeping:
* Input and process mortgage applications (DIPs) for advisers.
* Ensure accuracy in data entry and maintain proper records.
Communication & Liaison:
* Regularly liaise with lenders, third parties, and advisers.
* Foster relationships with lenders to understand processes, timescales, and challenge decisions if necessary.
* Build relationships with customers and assist with their queries.
Support for Underwriting Process:
* Follow up on tasks related to underwriting, valuations, and document verification.
Task Management:
* Handle daily tasks and emails related to mortgage applications.
