About This Role
Join our Business Aviation Training team as Training Administrator - Training Records (12th month FTC) in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. You will be part of our Training Administration team and will maintain, audit, and build client records and training files working in a live-training environment with 16 Flight Simulators on-site.
The role we are offering you
With great attention to detail, you will maintain, audit, and build client training folders with the aim to ensure that company-specific training documents are available to each program. You will find that every customer has a different set of paperwork, and you will learn in detail about aviation training regulations as per EASA, FAA, or UK CAA standards.
In this varied role, you will be asked to issue course completion certificates, create training summaries, and run licensing checks. You will be responsible for setting up the classroom and training files for all upcoming courses.
* Distributing appropriate training documents as necessary.
* Completing all client course completion documents, including diplomas, proficiency cards, training summaries, and all foreign client completion requirements.
* Maintaining a database of all company-specific records requests.
* Auditing folders for accuracy.
* Assisting clients with training records requests.
* On a weekly basis, ensuring that Aircraft Publications are renewed and kept up to date, where applicable.
* On a weekly basis, obtaining Library updates and placing them in all relevant locations.
* Assisting with general administration duties as required.
Our ideal candidate
* Is an experienced administrator, ideally with previous experience from the aviation industry or a regulatory training environment. You are experienced in managing data and large sets of paperwork and can handle a busy workload, prioritising in line with a busy training agenda.
* Is very organised and responsive to ad hoc items and can manage multiple items at the same time.
* Is approachable and a true team player, enjoying working under pressure.
What kind of person will succeed in this team?
You have good IT skills and are an experienced user of MS Excel and MS Word. In this role, you will be working with our in-house electronic record system RISE and Gemini. You have a technical mindset and enjoy working in a busy, operational environment.
Role details & location
This on-site position is based at our Business Aviation Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. We are offering a full-time 12th month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. The working hours of the role are Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week.
