We are recruiting for a National Lead (Quality Assurance). National Lead (Quality Assurance) This role is being specifically recruited to work on the Department of Health and Social Care's Adult Social Care Learning and Development Quality Assurance contract, and primarily to lead activity related to the quality assurance of training providers, their courses and their qualifications. The postholder will lead a team of Business Support Officers and work closely with colleagues to deliver an efficient and high-performing service, monitoring and meeting contract deliverables and key performance indicators, and providing support and guidance internally and externally around applications from training providers seeking to become quality assured. The successful candidate will be flexible, creative, and a dynamic thinker, and will be responsible for the planning, development and delivery of multiple projects related to the above programme areas, working closely with key strategic stakeholders and government departments, ensuring the profile of Skills for Care as a major project host organisation is maintained.
