Role Summary:
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our team by managing small projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks. This individual will work closely with developers, third-party agencies, and internal teams to oversee projects like CRO implementation, website updates, content creation, blog management, and vending events. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on leadership and delegation responsibilities while thinking outside the box.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and oversee small projects to ensure timely execution and successful delivery.
2. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
3. Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Website and CRO Management:
Work with developers to implement CRO strategies and website updates. Ensure all updates align with project goals and user needs.
Third-Party Agency Coordination:
Act as the point of contact for third-party agencies, ensuring tasks are completed and content is submitted on time. Address any issues and escalate concerns as needed.
Content and Blog Management:
Develop and manage content calendars for blog posts and other digital content. Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality deliverables.
Event Coordination:
Assist with planning and managing vending events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor communications. Ensure all event deliverables are completed effectively and efficiently.
General Administration:
Document project requirements, decisions, and outcomes. Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to maintain project alignment. Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Interest in or working toward a Project Management Certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
Skills and Experience:
1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose solutions.
5. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is preferred.
6. Basic technical aptitude; familiarity with website updates and CRO concepts is a plus.
7. Experience in event planning or coordination is a bonus.
