Our client, a leading specialist firm in Bradford, are recruiting for an Employment Law Advisor to join their growing team. The role would suit an experienced paralegal, or fee earner with significant employment advisory experience, who are looking for the opportunity to work on a varied caseload across a range of industries and sectors. Responsibilities: Providing expert legal advice relating to HR, employment law, immigration and health & safety to a wide and varied client base. Dealing with a range of employment law issues to include disciplinaries and grievances, redundancies and restructures, settlement negotiations and agreements, performance and absence management. Dealing with complex advisory matters to include capability and discrimination. Providing an excellent level of client care. Being the point of contact for incoming queries. Business development and attending networking events. Requirements: Law Degree and previous employment advisory experience is essential for this role.
