We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH) to reach their full potential. You will be part of a dedicated and passionate team offering a dynamic learning experience via individual timetables.
This is a varied role requiring a flexible approach and the ability to offer English and wider curricula areas to young people on a 1:1 basis at various levels. You will enjoy being creative and really get to know students in order to best support them in and out of a classroom. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. An enhanced DBS check is required. Engaging Potential aspires to equality of opportunity in its recruitment and professional practices.
The successful candidate will enjoy working holistically, making a difference and being part of an organisation that values students' achievements academically, personally and socially. Engaging Potential really does think 'outside of the box' and will adopt an approach that works for individuals and not a one size fits all.
As part of the Engaging Potential team, you can expect to access our generous benefits package which includes:
* Access to our pension scheme (if eligible)
* Flexible start/finish times to support work/life balance (generally 37.5 hours per week)
