Job summary An exciting opportunity to join a diverse and exceptional team who regularly meet targets and deadlines and provide an outstanding level of patient care. You will be straight off the ground running with consultants to look after and responsible for all aspects of their clinics. You will have time for undertaking any trust training that you would want to complete, including leadership programs. Main duties of the job You will be responsible for booking patient appointments and ensuring all slots are filled. You will type clinic letters and be responsible for ensuring these are sent to the patients and GP within the target time. You will receive and make telephone calls to patients/GPs/Hospitals to ensure all patient care is achieved to the highest of standards. You will take minutes from departmental meetings and assist with all admin aspects such as scanning, printing, opening post, referral letters.
