The PA / Marketing Executive Opportunity:
We are currently looking for an experienced full or part- time Personal Assistant / Marketing Executive to join a rapidly growing paid media and creative agency based in Oxfordshire.
This role requires you to have experience in a previous personal assistant and/or marketing executive role, and would suit someone who loves variety, is super organised and able to effectively prioritise and multitask as no two days will be the same.
Responsibilities:
1. Diary management, optimising the MD’s time
2. Supporting the MD with preparation of reports and presentations
3. Proofreading internal and external documents and presentations
4. Attending meetings and taking notes ensuring confidentiality and integrity is maintained
5. Fielding calls for the MD in a courteous and professional manner
6. Providing administration and organisational support for the MD as and when required
7. Supporting with research, and data gathering to identify prospective clients
8. Organising and managing all Evergreen corporate events
9. Researching and liaising with venues, negotiating with suppliers, and managing all bookings within budget and timelines
10. Updating and maintaining all Evergreen social media platforms
11. Creation and managing our Company presentations and associated collateral
12. Assisting across all the internal marketing communications across the Company
13. Adding value to the Evergreen brand by coming up with creative and innovative ideas
About You:
1. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (a must)
2. Proven PA or marketing executive experience in an agency background
3. High degree of competence in written, communication and organisational skills
4. Demonstrate creativity in developing engaging content and ideas
5. Proficient in the Microsoft suite and Google Docs
6. Strong project management skills and ability to effectively multitask
7. Excellent attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving/ trouble-shooting skills
8. Ability to work in a pressurised environment and adopting a proactive approach at all times
9. Work with pace, passion, and precision
