As a Marketing Communication Manager (B2B), you will play a vital role in our mission to transform spaces into favourite places with daylight and fresh air. Immerse yourself in the world of daylight, sustainable technologies and inspiring designs and support our target audience on their customer journey. We are currently in the process of finding a new office location in West London where you will be based, so until that location is confirmed, you will initially work from home. Once we have secured an office location, you will work at least 3 days a week in the office. Therefore, you will need to live within a commutable distance of West London (likely to be in the Chiswick/Hammersmith area). What you can expect: As part of the Marketing Communications team in the Northern Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Ireland & Nordics), you will work on the development and implementation of regional marketing activities. This includes the strategic planning, organisation and implementation of holistic marketing campaigns (B2B and B2B2C) With your ideas, you will support the sales department in establishing and expanding its relationships with installers and dealers in the UK and Ireland. You will also be responsible for the evaluation and assessment of campaigns based on relevant marketing KPIs. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects, monitoring industry trends and understanding our target audience and different market conditions. You will lead a team of colleagues You will lead collaboration with agencies and external partners, working closely with different audiences and departments. What you bring to the table: Essential: Previous professional experience in marketing/communications at mid-level You have successfully planned, managed and evaluated B2B marketing campaigns, preferably across multiple European markets Previous Team Leadership experience Excellent organisational skills Strong communication skills, which you know how to use in interdisciplinary project communication A Collaborative mindset and able to manage multiple projects in parallel across a matrix organisation You enjoy working in an international team, thinking outside the box and liaising with regional and global teams. Able to travel both domestically and internationally to attend team events, field service accompaniments and other marketing related initiatives Things that will set you apart: A curious mindset and a strong commercial acumen.
