We are looking for energetic, motivated Nurses/Operating Department Practitioners within Surgery (SCRUB). Candidates should be ambitious individuals who can help drive our department into the future. If you are forward thinking with the motivation to progress and have an eye for performance and delivery, then we are looking for you.
Previous experience in a perioperative or surgical nursing environment would be an advantage but full training and support will be given for those enthusiastic to join our team.
Main duties of the job
Carry out scrub duties according to policies and procedures, contributing to quality improvement, and promoting best evidence based practice.

Person Specification
Qualifications and Training
* State Registered with Nursing & Midwifery Council or HCPC
* Post-registration training preferably in speciality area
Knowledge and Experience
* Able to demonstrate effective consolidation of nursing knowledge & practice after qualification & preceptorship
* Experience of taking charge of a ward and delegating responsibilities
