As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and driven Client Success Manager to join our team in the Bristol office.
Role Overview
As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients across a wide range of different sectors and campaigns, ensuring they maximise the value of our SaaS platform. You will manage up to 10 enterprise accounts alongside smaller self-service accounts, providing insights and support to help them optimise their lead generation and conversion strategies. This role involves working closely with our Head of Sales and CFO, as well as supporting our finance team with client invoicing. You will also liaise with our call centre partners to maintain service quality to ensure we deliver the best results to our client base across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and self-service clients, ensuring they receive excellent support and guidance.
2. Data Analysis & Insights: Provide clients with basic data analysis to help them optimise their leads, including live chat leads and call transfer leads, using these data insights to drive performance.
3. Client Engagement: Conduct weekly calls with clients to review performance, address concerns, and explore opportunities for growth.
4. Finance Support: Assist the finance team with weekly client invoicing to ensure smooth payment processes.
5. Call Centre Collaboration: Work with our call centre partners to maintain service quality and ensure clients receive the best possible experience.
6. Business Development Support: Occasionally travel across the UK to meet new and existing clients, strengthening relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience in a client success, account management, or sales support role, ideally in a digital, lead generation, or SaaS environment.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal teams.
3. Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts effectively.
5. A proactive approach, with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
6. Willingness to travel within the UK as required, this will be occasional and paid for.
