You'll support teams across the Charity to make the biggest impact by trouble-shooting issues and by improving processes using Salesforce features and functionality. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: You'll be a dynamic Salesforce administrator who thrives in a varied, business-facing role. With proven experience in all aspects of user management, including handling support tickets and delivering training, you’ll help to continually maintain and improve our Salesforce platform. You'll enjoy understanding processes and translating them into technical solutions and have a natural flair for problem-solving. You'll engage users across the Charity with your excellent communication skills and your passion for Salesforce. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Manage all aspects of Salesforce user management including user setup/deactivation, profiles and permissions Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including creating/updating fields, objects, page layouts and flows Work with the internal Salesforce team to action administrative and user support tickets, including right to be forgotten requests and income moves between campaigns ensuring correct financial coding Collaborate with teams across the Charity to gather requirements and feedback about process problems and design best practice solutions Design and build solutions for data ingestion into Salesforce using bulk import tools Prepare technical documentation Contribute to the creation of user training materials and participate in training through monthly ‘Power Users’ sessions Support users to create reports and dashboards Manage and maintain the data held within Salesforce in accordance with The Charity’s policies Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce functionality releases, making recommendations for platform improvements and undertake training for personal development Experience: Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) Minimum 2 years as a Salesforce Administrator, including working with Nonprofit Success Pack Building data automation workflows using ETL (extract, transform, load) processes Gathering user requirements, analysing business processes and implementing best practice technical solutions Delivering engaging training to a range of end users Collaborating as part of team and making a positive contribution to group and individual goals Please note that the responsibilities listed are not exhaustive and this job description may be subject to change as the role evolves over time.
