PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMME

As a Programme Management undergraduate, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on a range of exciting projects across JLR. Along the way, you’ll learn to focus on customer needs, adapt to changes quickly, and speed up delivery using Agile principles, helping us work smarter and get products to market faster.
During your programme, you could work within Vehicle Programmes, Industrial Operations Programme Delivery (IOPD) or Propulsion Engineering team. Explore the different teams you could be a part of below. The team you’re placed in will depend on your personal preferences and business needs.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
To join the Programme Management Undergraduate Programme, you’ll need to be on track to achieve at least a 2.2 degree in any discipline. We’re looking for someone with intermediate-level technical literacy, a passion for problem-solving, and the curiosity to understand business challenges and collaborate to deliver innovative solutions.
Please note that our undergraduate placement opportunities are open only to penultimate-year students (those who will be returning to their final year of study or on an integrated master’s after their placement with us). All our undergraduate programmes have a fixed start date, commencing 7th July 2025.
