Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Tilbury
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Grade: 3
Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Average of 41 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, including some Saturday work on a rostered basis. No Sundays!
Counties/Postcodes: Essex and East London postcodes beginning with E and IG
Start date: Successful candidates will start on Monday 9th June and must be available for the first 4 weeks for induction and initial training.

Role description
We're seeking Trainee White Goods Engineers to join our Repair Team. This role offers industry-leading NPS and a world-class 1st visit fix rate. You'll bring basic electrical knowledge and receive comprehensive training to become a qualified White Goods Engineer within 2-4 months. Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing faults, making repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction, whether in customers' homes or over the phone.
Responsibilities
* Testing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods in customers' homes
* Applying technical knowledge across various appliances
* Driving a company van and managing your daily schedule
* Building our reputation as a home services expert
Candidate requirements
* Experience in repair or installation with electric or electro-mechanical products
* Basic electrical knowledge, both theoretical and practical
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to handle heavy white goods
* Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
