Office Manager
Molloy Agriculture Limited is an agriculture company based in Methven, Mid Canterbury. We have an exciting permanent position available for an enthusiastic and motivated person with a can-do attitude to join our team as our Office Manager. Ideally full time, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with flexibility around hours. Part time applicants are welcome and will also be considered with the potential to split the role if required.
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a multi-disciplinary role where you will be a pivotal point in our business, ensuring the office functions smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Processing accounts receivable to ensure all monthly invoicing of debtors is completed, including customer database management and onboarding of new customers
* Processing accounts payable accurately and on a timely basis
* Liaising with and maintaining our supplier database
* Being responsible for and maintaining the company’s IT systems and software
* Managing the company’s Health & Safety Management System
* Being responsible for annual Health & Safety Audits
* Implementing annual company marketing strategies, together with coordinating and managing marketing projects
* Organising company events, including in house special occasions and local shows
* Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
* Attending monthly meetings and minute taking
* Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
* Have experience as an Office Manager or similar position
* Be strong with IT, in particular ERP software and Microsoft Office Suites
* Be competent in managing Health & Safety
* Have experience in marketing
* Work well under pressure and work to deadlines
* Be a team player, have a positive attitude, have professionalism as well as the ability to have fun!
