Our client, a leading equipment supplier based in Burgess Hill, is seeking a Scheduler to join their dynamic team. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an organised and proactive individual to play a vital role in coordinating field engineers and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Field Management System to efficiently schedule and dispatch engineers.
* Allocate workloads based on geography, urgency, and engineer availability.
* Handle incoming calls and act as a liaison between engineers, clients, and internal teams.
* Adapt schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise to minimize disruption.
* Collate certificates and ensure the completion of works to successfully close jobs.
What They're Looking For:
* Strong communication & people skills - able to liaise professionally with multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent geographical knowledge to ensure efficient scheduling.
* IT literate with experience using CRM & scheduling systems.
* Quick thinker & problem solver - able to react to last-minute changes effectively.
* Strong memory & attention to detail for managing multiple schedules.
What's on Offer?
* Competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000pa DOE.
* Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm.
