About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sign Installation Team Lead to join our team in Hertford.

The Job: As a Senior Sign Fitter and Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing sign installation projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients, installing signs, and ensuring timely project delivery.

What You'll Do:

1. Manage sign installation projects, including site visits, client communication, and project timelines.
\
2. Install signs at various locations, adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards.
\
3. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth project execution.
\
4. Perform administrative tasks, such as reporting and documentation.
\
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
\
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
\
7. Work closely with the team to achieve project goals.
\
8. Responsible for the overall quality of installed signs.
\
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
\
10. Assist with other tasks as required by management.
\
11. Monitors and maintains company van and tools.
\
12. Maintenance of company vehicle and tools.
\

Requirements:

13. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
\
14. At least 3 years of experience in sign installation or a related field.
\
15. Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
\
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\
18. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
\
19. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
\
20. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
\
21. Availability to work early starts, late finishes and occasional weekends.
\
22. Valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
\
23. Average salary range: £35,000 - £42,000 per year.
\
24. The successful candidate will be paid between £35,000-£42,000 based on their experience and qualifications.
\
