In-House Community Care Trainer Location: Swadlincote Hours: 22.5 hours per week (over 3 consecutive days) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Are you passionate about training and developing others in the care sector? We are looking for a dedicated In-House Community Care Trainer to join our team in Swadlincote. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering engaging and informative training sessions to ensure our carers are fully compliant and confident in their roles. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Deliver all aspects of induction training to ensure carers meet compliance requirements. ✅ Develop new, engaging, and interactive in-house training programs. ✅ Manage and oversee online training, ensuring completion and understanding. ✅ Maintain accurate training records and training matrix. ✅ Provide annual refresher training to keep staff up to date. ✅ Conduct home visits for specific service user training needs. ✅ Support new carers in completing their Care Certificate. ✅ Stay up to date with new laws and regulations affecting the care sector. ✅ Provide feedback to office staff on carers' knowledge and progress during training. Requirements What We’re Looking For: ✔ Relevant qualifications in Level 3 or above in Education and Training. ✔ Train the Trainer certification. ✔ Experience in delivering training within the care sector. ✔ Strong knowledge of care compliance and regulations. ✔ Ability to create engaging training materials. ✔ Organised, with excellent record-keeping skills. ✔ Experience in managing online training platforms. ✔ Passionate about developing others and promoting high standards in care.
