Internal Relationship Manager Client Accounts £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus

We’re seeking an Internal Relationship Manager Client Accounts to join a dynamic team supporting medium-sized clients within the sustainability and environmental services industry. This role is all about re-energising and retaining relationships, ensuring accounts are actively managed and supported to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 clients, focusing on maintaining relationships and ensuring accounts are profitable.
* Re-engage with clients who may have experienced periods of reduced interaction, fostering loyalty and trust.
* Conduct regular telephone outreach to reconnect with clients and identify opportunities to add value.
* Occasionally visit clients who require in-person support, ensuring a strong and personal touch.
* Monitor client accounts to maintain a break-even point, with potential growth as a bonus.
Who We’re Looking For
* Someone confident, energised, and self-motivated with a talent for relationship-building.
* Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to re-establish and maintain long-term connections.
* A background in agriculture, waste management, plant operations, construction, or any related industries where relationship management and retention are key.
* Previous experience in account management or client services is essential.
* Comfortable working from home but able to easily commute to the Doncaster-based office for initial onboarding and training.
