Job Description
* £11.92 per hour depending on experience
* Full-time permanent position - 40 hours per week worked including evening shifts and weekends
* 8 hour shifts between 7am and 11pm
* Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
* Answer all queries about the menu including drinks and make suggestions.
* Take ownership of guest’s requirements and food allergies.
* Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
* Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments.
* Effectively communicate with all colleagues and managers.
* Handle guest queries and complaints with a calm and mature approach.
Qualifications
* Dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
* Natural passion and flair for the industry and food
* Have the ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative when needed.
* Ambition to succeed at the highest levels.
* Willing to learn new things.
