About the Role: We are seeking to recruit a Teaching & Learning Administrator to work in the FBMH Faculty Scheduling team. As a key member of our Faculty Teaching & Learning team, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an exceptional experience for our students across the Faculty of Biology, Medicine & Health. You will support the Faculty Scheduling & Projects team, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality student timetables. What You’ll Do: You will be responsible for the administration of the student timetable and project activities in the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health. You will Undertake administration functions in relation to the student timetables across the faculty in line with agreed activity deadlines. Be required to provide ongoing timetabling administrative support throughout the academic year including change requests and resolution of issues arising. Be the primary point of contact for scheduling related queries for School teams within the Faculty. Collaborate with team members and other departments across the University and within the DSA to ensure seamless scheduling and coordination of activities You will be required to provide administrative support for Teaching & Learning across the year.
