The role will provide a professional HR advisory service and operational HR support for the Academy, being the first point of contact for staff and manager queries on HR matters. You will also provide support to the Regional HR Officer, as required and work as part of a wider Trust HR team to support activity as and when required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy school environment.
