Co ordinate and deliver specific Occupational therapy interventions/treatment, complete initial assessments, work closely with our Peer support workers in the ongoing development and therapeutic use of our patient allotment and peer support group. You will be supported to identify and develop groups, activities and interventions that would benefit the patient group within CMHT, whilst being supported to continue your own professional development. The post holder will be responsible for the comprehensive mental health assessment & treatment of Adults and their care givers who are referred to the Adult Community Mental Health Team. The post holder will be required to co-ordinate and deliver interventions/treatment to patients whilst under care of the Community mental Health team Team. The post holder will provide specific occupational therapy interventions and professional advice and support to other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
