The Customer Insight Manager will be responsible for:
* Providing in-depth analysis of end-to-end customer journeys
* Gathering insights from surveys and complaints to deliver actionable recommendations
* Conducting or commissioning research to offer valuable insights for businesses
* Optimising customer journeys to enhance advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience
* Analysing Voice of customer and speech analysis
Key requirements include:
* Mentoring experience
* Insight and Analytics experience
* Matillion desirable
