We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to [individual or team, e.g., a senior executive, private client]. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a high level of discretion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and organise daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
* Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the employer.
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
* Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
* Coordinate personal errands and tasks as required.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
* Monitor and manage expenses, including preparing expense reports.
* Anticipate the needs of the employer and proactively address them.
