If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you As the People Technology Change & Adoption Lead at the British Heart Foundation (BHF), you will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement. You ll be responsible for the discovery, design, and delivery of change management and adoption strategies for people technology projects and programmes. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the People Technology programme, working closely with our Workday implementation team to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new technologies across the organisation. Y ou will support the organisation with the change that the project brings, and work alongside Internal Communications to ensure our employees are engaged and briefed throughout each deployment. Key r esponsibilities include: Analys ing, creat ing, and implement ing tailored change approaches for the people technology roadmap Enabl ing successful transitions to new ways of working and technology enhancements Driv ing the utilisation of updated technologies and ensure a positive experience of change for BHF staff Coordinat ing the scheduling, implementation, and roll-out of Workday releases Work with key stakeholders to facilitate system adoption and provide a smooth change process About you? We are looking for someone with previous project management experience, knowledgeable on business analysis & organisational change techniques.? With previous experience working on change projects, ideally within a People / HR function, youll understand software development life cycle. Previous Workday experience would be advantageous, but not essential.? Innovative and forward-thinking, you will be willing to challenge and seek to improve ways of working. Youll be solutions focussed with a can-do approach. You will also have strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office. To be successful in this role you will have: Strong understanding of change management and adoption models Experience in managing change for technology initiatives and developing behavioural change programmes Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders A proactive and positive approach with a focus on customer perspective Well-organised with strong time management skills About us?
